Return & Refund Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Murray & 3 Sons. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process subject to the following conditions:
Return Window: You may request a refund within 5 days of receiving your order, excluding customized items.
Condition of Item: Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with no damage or signs of wear.
Customized Orders: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for customized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, please send an email to murray3sonsllc@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. If your return is accepted, a shipping label will be provided, and you will have two business days to ship the item back to us.
Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
